PYRITE - Healer's Gold

Pyrite in the past was named Fool's Gold but listen to what Robert Simmons wrote in his book, The Book of Stones, about Pyrite: "This combination of Pyrite and Magnetite is not for fools.  Healer's Gold is a far better name, because to those who prize stones for their beneficial energetic properties, this material is a true bonanza.  Seldom will one come upon a stone which emanates such a powerful positive energy.  It harmonizes the astral, subtle and causal bodies and aligns them correctly with the physical.  It is balancing to the male and female aspects of the self.  It activates weak or lazy Chakras and enhances the flow of subtle energies throughout the meridian system.  It helps people with low energy and eliminates passivity.  Healers who work with this stone will find that they no longer experience 'energy drain'--in fact, Healer's Gold brings about a synergy in which both practitioner and client are likely to feel a marked increase in their energy levels both during and after a session.
